Because our papers are delivered instantly as downloadable PDFs, purchases are generally non-refundable once the download link has been accessed. This is standard for digital products.

Problems with your purchase

If a file is corrupted, the wrong item was delivered, or you were charged in error, contact [email protected] within 14 days and we’ll make it right — a re-send or a correct file.
